Which carriers do you use for shipping?
WizToyz teams up with dependable couriers including Hong Kong Post, DHL Express, and FedEx. These partnerships help us provide secure and prompt delivery for all orders.
How quickly is my order processed?
Our team works fast to get your order checked, packed, and shipped—usually within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
After being shipped, most express parcels arrive in 1 to 3 business days, while standard shipping times range from 5 to 12 days. Delivery estimates may differ due to location or courier delays.
How can I track my order?
A fulfillment email is sent once your package ships, containing your tracking number and direct tracking link. Check with the carrier’s website—Hong Kong Post, DHL, or FedEx—to follow your delivery status.
Is shipping free for all orders?
Shipping fees are always on us! The only exception—a small handling charge applies for single-item orders. This fee disappears when two or more items are purchased.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, WizToyz ships worldwide from Hong Kong, using flexible international delivery methods to get your order to all destinations.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Review your tracking info in your shipment confirmation email first. If significant delays or issues occur, please get in touch—our team will connect with the courier and help resolve the situation.
Can my address be changed after placing an order?
Reach out as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping details. We can update the address before your order ships, but can't guarantee changes after dispatch.
What happens if my shipment gets lost?
If your shipment is lost in transit, let us know immediately. We’ll work with our delivery partners to investigate and will send you a new item or issue a refund if necessary.
