Initiating a Return

If you wish to return an item, please reach out to our support team at service@wiztoyz.com or via our contact page. Return requests should be made within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items you decide against keeping, or if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not currently provide prepaid return labels.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or worn items are not eligible for returns.

How to Return Your Item

After your return is approved, we'll provide you with detailed instructions on how to ship your item back to us using your chosen courier.

Refund Details

Once we receive the returned package and inspect it, we’ll promptly process your refund to the original payment method. It may take a few business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.

Lost Return Shipments

If your return package is lost during transit, do not worry—you will not be held liable. WizToyz will still honor your refund under such circumstances.
